GetPaidPing emails polite reminders to your clients about unpaid invoices on a schedule you choose.

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start.
• After the trial, GetPaidPing costs $9/month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; we don't give partial refunds for unused time.
• If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

• You are responsible for having the right to email your clients and for any consent the law requires for those emails.
• Only add real clients you have invoiced, and keep their details accurate.
• Don't use GetPaidPing for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do, or that cause high bounce or spam rates.

Reminders can help, but we don't guarantee that any client will pay, that any email will be delivered or read, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We aren't a collection agency and don't give legal or financial advice.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
