GetPaidPing is a small invoice-reminder service run by Skyler Jones LLC ("we"). This page explains, in plain English, what we keep and why.
What we collect
- Your account email, name, and time zone.
- Your clients' names, email addresses, and time zones that you enter.
- Invoice details: number, amount, currency, due date, payment link, status, and reminder settings.
- Invoice PDFs you upload.
- Records of reminders we sent and whether they were delivered, bounced, or marked as spam.
- Billing status from Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Only to run the service: sign you in, send the reminders you set up, show your dashboard, bill your subscription, and answer support email.
Who processes it
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
- Resend — sending sign-in and reminder emails.
- Vercel — hosting the app.
- Vercel Blob — storing uploaded PDFs privately.
- Neon — the database for your account, clients, and invoices.
Each handles data only as needed to provide its part of the service.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data or your clients' data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Deleting your data
Email support@getpaidping.com from your account address and we'll delete your account, clients, invoices, and PDFs. Stripe may keep billing records it is legally required to keep.
